Broken Elbow

As of 2 weeks ago, I had never broken a bone in my body. Now I have. I was rollerblading on the steep residential roads of town and fell, breaking my elbow. Most people seem to be more interested in the fact that I was rollerblading than the shocking news that I have broken a bone. I got a ridiculous cast which I am no longer wearing because I hate it. I knew at some point that I would fall and break something while rollerblading but it was a good 15 year run. I think I have officially retired.
Needless to say, the new injury has negatively impacted my reading speed. I just started Uncle Tom's Cabin and have to put it down every few minutes to rest my arm, dumb. 45 pages down, 612 to go. Yuck.
Current TV shows:
Shear Genius, Last Comic Standing, So You Think You Can Dance.
Laura and Trish are still nerdy.
Best quote of my very stressful day:
"This is sucks, no?" -Alex the Russian Computer Programmer

I don't think Laura and I are quite alone in the "nerdy" category, thankyouverymuch.
And, apparently Scott watched all of season 4 of The Office while I was in Buenas Airrrrrrrrres--even though he doesn't like the show. I guess that's...something...
Happy Saturday to you.
I think the Alex quote is actually "Life is sucks." And like Trish said...I think you have joined Trish and I in our nerdiness. We're cool nerds.
